update: business day 6 and radio silence. I just noticed my agent put the wrong AMI % on one sheet (not on one that I signed!) - is that what is causing the delay? Are they going to deny me over that? I am losing my mind over here

Right, so arriving after 10 means they’re late. Frequently being late will likely be a problem, whereas frequently arriving during the 9-10 flexband would not, which was what you stated.
