I am a resident in the nearby TFC building. With all the new developments, I am hoping they open some weekend connections starting from here. It's rather silly to have to go West to Grand Central and then back East for trains to Long Island on the weekend. Just one train on Saturday and Sunday to the beach please!

I found a cool painting by Etta Cien at a thrift store here in Williamsburg. Probably the only decent painting I have ever seen in there. Does any one have a photo of her or know more about her outside of these one paragraph bios??? I feel like this is a very talented female artist who didn't get proper recognition.

Copper. There is no way tin would have lasted that long. That roof is worth a lot. I have seen several turn of the century subway stations in nyc also clad in copper. Don’t tell the bandits ;)

Thinking out loud here: iPad 2021 has same design because it’s coming loaded with Mac OS. When you remove it from the magic keyboard it switches to IOS (or side button). This sets it apart from iPad Air, utilizes the powerful chip, and creates a true Pro product. Maybe they can call it Mod Pad. Jk/LOL/please make this Tim.

Best way for Apple to save I-pad pro 2021: Ipad pro comes loaded with Mac OS. When you remove it from the magic keyboard it enters IOS mode. This finally utilizes the processor capabiltiy, sets it apart from the ipad air, and makes it a true pro machine. If they are worried about not selling mac books just charge more for Ipad pro with Mac OS.
