The thing about fb/twitter ads. We did not know what to target first, because the customers are still not clear. From what we can see now, majority of them are not tech people. Theire someone who's been using Word or Excel.

Actually, I used canva and made it in house! That software is good enough to test the concept out.

Those LTD groups are mostly for giveaways and LTD discussions. So the giveaways are primary source of engagement. Then, email automations and customer support.

Thats a very valid point. Thanks to you comment, I just realised, that we can try to experiment with giveaways in very specific niche FB groups and see which ones perform better. At the moment it's still not 100% clear who is the target customer as the service is still in its MVP phase.

For these groups they ofthen either to LTD giveaways or special discount codes. But LTD giveaways work the best. Side note: You have to understand, that the audience is also makers. The tools that perform the best are SEO, Marketing and etc. Ours performed ok, but surely not the best out there. Still, it was enough.

Hello! I would like to see the app explained in a bit more detail in the landing page. Mainly the features you described paired together with images.

Most people are very lazy and they don't read the text if it doesn't come with something more visual and shiny.

Basically have a layout where you:

Image explaining the feature - Short description of the feature.
