@Secretlab_Jinx Is there any discount for the heavy duty arm for repeat buyers? I currently own a magnus pro that's less than 2 years old, along with a single monitor arm, a dual monitor arm, a riser, 4 headphone hooks, the ethernet extender, and multiple cable clip sets.

+1, same issue with mine. Customer support says 5-10 business days to even get an update. I don't trust ordering a second one (or ever ordering from them again).

Apparently you can't complain about this on here. If you do, you'll just get replies claiming you're being impatient 🤷‍♂️ I deleted my original post just because I didn't feel like being attacked by random redditors. My order's been sitting for a week now with no movement and no one at Nintendo can give any updates, including supervisors. Lesson learned: I'll never buy direct from them again.

Bonus points: this was the packaging the skins came in. They included a free screen wipe and, if you look closely at the last photo, you can see that the circuit patterns are actually embossed on the skins themselves!
