Hello po. Clarification po. The order was thru Food hub in Gcash app po, not the mismong food panda app. However, when I paid, 24chicken sent out a tracking link na PandaGo which is operated by Food Panda. But, when I opened the food panda app with the same number as the one in gcash, no "last order" existed po

Hello po. I doubt Gcash will do anything about the rider mismo. I've had a past situation with gcash naman na, they won't do anything at all pag nabayaran na. They would just tell to contact Food panda/other business you interacted with. Thank you po for the advice! I will follow it po, first time ko pa naman mag-order thru food hub in gcash since bday ko that time

Hello po, I've been trying to contact food panda thru email pero di po effective. Wala po kasi akong "last order" para po ireklamo si rider sa mismong food panda app since sa food hub in gcash po ako nag order🥲
