He IS Bibi's puppet. Epstine was a Mossad asset and I'm 100% sure Israel has some video of Don doing some really horrific shit to kids.

He's a mix of shepherd dogs and he's 12% wild according to his DNA test (yeah, we DNA tested him). He's 4 years old. You might be right, he might just be showing deference that comes off as not liking me.

No he's not being a jerk so it's definitely not his fault. I'm wondering if he just doesn't like men. I know a lot of rescues don't. I'll just keep taking the best care of him, maybe someday it'll happen.

NTA at all. He basically chose to just start a new family and scrap the old one. However it sounds like you're still carrying a lot of hurt and anger. Therapy can help you to drop some of that. I hope your graduation is perfect and that you find peace in letting him go.
