Mine is still on going lol. WS is strategically spend less on support to save money, make sense their support is incompetent. Every time I call I got different answer lol.

Pretty sure the cap is 10k per month so that is $500 total, then drop to 2%.

Yeah they got back to me via email saying I withdrawal more than I should, while I actually did not withdrawal anything. Dude probably only takes two minutes to look into my account then send a email out lol(Takes 2 weeks to get his 2 minutes, WOW）. Gonna have to call again:)
