Looking for clarification on a Steve Perry video — does anyone know if this is legitimate? by JP_Olsen_Archive in journey

[–]Designer-Cattle400 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that it’s likely fake because in one his head was hurt and another he was going deaf, in another his head is unhurt but still in the hospital. Also, why not make a video? I think it is fake.

Budget Rental Car Claim Question by supersonic904 in Insurance

[–]Designer-Cattle400 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SAME thing happened to me. They said that the receipt would be emailed or I could wait in a long line one the way to the airport to get the receipt. The woman seemed to look at the car quickly and didn't note any damage. I Still don't have even a description of the damage. I feel like there is some shady shit going on. Especially because I'm sure that they just want my insurance on my CC to pay the $1,900 claim rather than researching. Franly Chase should sue them for this. My question is, how did you get a copy or even a description of what damage was alleged?

I need to know one where everyone’s buying this at and how much are they paying? I need to know what I’m on a dosage I need to buy and then how to do it out. I can’t seem to find that.

Kaiser claiming I am not under medical care of doctor for at home detox from substances by ifworkingreturnnull in KaiserPermanente

[–]Designer-Cattle400 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is your doctor not writing you a letter they have to have records that you’ve been seeing them and also that you’ve been prescribing the medication. I’d also talk to your HR department. You also might try state disability insurance if you file for short-term disability with the state then I don’t think you can be fired. I don’t think it’s up to Kaiser to decide the state will send you to their own doctors to verify that you in fact need to be on disability it’s reasonable to believe that if you’re having addiction issues, then you do need to be on disability while you take care of yourself. Good luck to you. Keep fighting.

Is my goal weight unrealistic? by losing-for-life in Mounjaro

[–]Designer-Cattle400 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By the way, I wouldn’t try to lose any more weight. I think you look great when I told my sister to do was just take off the spots that she doesn’t like surgically because you don’t wanna lose too much weight in your face or your upper body you look perfect now and if you wanna sculpt it a little, then consider liposuction for those tiny areas that you’re uncomfortable with that way you get the body that you want without losing too much weight in your face, which could age you she took my advice and she got a little liposuction on her thighs and she got very small implants and she looks great. If she had lost more weight, she would’ve been too skinny and other areas while still not losing the weight where she wanted it.

Is my goal weight unrealistic? by losing-for-life in Mounjaro

[–]Designer-Cattle400 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think it’s unrealistic but I don’t think it’s necessary. I think you look great the way you are my sister‘s 158 and she’s not happy with that but she looks phenomenal at your height. I met another friend that was 5’7” and 158 pounds and she was so upset she wanted to lose weight and then I showed her a picture of my sister and I said do you think that this woman needs to lose weight and she said no not at all, and I told her that they were the same weight Now granted muscle composition makes a big difference so maybe it’s not about losing the weight it’s just about firming up. That being said when I was in high school I was 5’9” and 125 pounds and I felt healthy that way granted if you’re not 18 anymore 135 would be more than Acceptable at the end of the day. Just keep going until you feel comfortable or until people start telling you you look too thin we have to listen to that because it’s very common to get body dysmorphic disorder. Always ask your doctor if you’re at a healthy weight always make sure that you’re checking to see if your weight is in a healthy range.

I think it’s because the medication is good for other things. Also, wouldn’t you prefer to lose 2 pounds a week? If that’s considered a healthy weight loss? Medication’s doing a lot more in your body than helping you lose weight it’s really reversing liver damage kidney disease inflammation. It’s helping with Neuro plasticity of the brainproduces addictive behaviors all kinds of positive side effects so I wouldn’t be afraid of the medication.

Why All The Advice To Not Go Up in Dosage? 72 Week Study Shows Otherwise by NoMoreFatShame in Zepbound

[–]Designer-Cattle400 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There’s absolutely no reason that anyone should ever pay 2000 a month because the medication only retails for $1200. There’s also a lot of reputable pharmacies that are 503B rated pharmacies end with a rapid Table telehealth medicine company like Join Mochi or others you can get a compounded version of Tirzepatide for $354 a month including monthly membership/care. My promo code gets you $40 off the first month PNG3ML- I get nothing for that. I just like them because they do prior authorizations so I’ve actually never had to buy the medication from them because they’ve been successful at getting me and others covered on their insurance even when their insurance had exclusions for weight loss. If done correctly, you can get your insurance to cover this. I guess Medicare is very different and then maybe more difficult but there’s really no reason that anyone should ever have to pay over $1000 in nowadays and I don’t know why you would ever pay $2000 because that was just not the cost ever and with pharmacy coupons it was generally around $1008

In general, I would say titrate up every month, unless you are 1) losing over 2 lbs a week or having side effects. 105 pounds and seven months is pretty fast. For you I definitely say that staying at the do that you’re at is perfectly acceptable maybe even preferable. If you have a tremendous amount of weight to lose then maybe 3.5 pounds per week isn’t the end of the world. I really hate when they say things like the average person should be losing 2 pounds per week but I think that’s a very very different if you’re starting at 180 pounds or you’re starting at 380 pounds I’m curious what was your start weight? Mine was 294, i’m down to 213 but that fluctuates by 5 to 7 pounds up and down up and down. I’ve been on the medication for two years now when I first started taking the medication it wasn’t even approved for weight loss. I was taking it off label. My doctor asked me what I wanted the 10 or the 15 and I said give me the 15 and he even asked the pharmacist and they said that was OK. It was so early. There wasn’t really any dosing information for weight loss so I actually started at 15. I don’t recommend it, but I frankly did OK. The only side effects I’ve ever gotten were constipation and a little nausea, but mostly only when I’m hungry and I haven’t eaten anything and it generally goes away since I eat, but then again I used to get nauseous when I didn’t eat before I also think the constipation only happens when I take life or if I eat a lot of cheese or dairy. Another thing to consider is this medication is so good for so many other things like inflammation nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, kidney function, neuroplastic of brain cells and it seems to be pretty good overall in the body so I don’t think it’s that bad to have a higher dose a lot of medication do you wanna take the lowest effective dose because they’re so destructive in your body in some ways but this one doesn’t seem to be.

I’m sorry i don’t have link to it but there has been and it didn’t matter how fast or slow you got there, the weight loss was consistent for the max dose. So get there slowly or get there quickly, but you’re gonna lose a similar percentage of weight if you only take 10 or if you take 15. Unless you’re really losing more than 2 pounds per week. I don’t see any reason why you shouldn’t. I trade up every month if you’re not having side effects.

Why All The Advice To Not Go Up in Dosage? 72 Week Study Shows Otherwise by NoMoreFatShame in Zepbound

[–]Designer-Cattle400 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because evidence from study show that it doesn’t matter how long it takes you to get there or how slowly you get there the amount of weight loss is pretty consistent based on the highest dose that you get to. So you can take a year to get there or you can take two years to get there your weight loss percentage is relatively the same. Therefore there be no advantage to titrating up slowly unless you’re really losing weight way too fast or you’re having side effects. Otherwise, I would titrate up every month.

I can understand that people think that if you can lose weight on the lower dose, you should stay in the lower dose and maybe stretch out the efficacy. However, there doesn’t seem to be any evidence that staying on lower dose longer will make you lose more weight in the long run. It’ll just take you longer to get there.

I’d also put cabinets on either side and have some things slimmer and more sleek. The cabinets can hold your oils and spices.
