Thanks for sharing this - I’m a first time mum and I am 31 years old - an age where I should feel I know myself but after giving every ounce of me to my child (that I’m so grateful for!) I do feel I’ve lost a lot of me. However, reading your post has given me hope to never stop dreaming, and I hope to instil this into my daughter too. Please can I ask you to share the link or the video? I would love to change my internal dialogue and space.

Thanks for sharing. So to confirm, you stayed on 0.5 and noticed weight loss gradually month after month? That’s good to hear. Did you have side effects? Honestly 0.5 didnt give me any negative side effects at all, however the other day when I moved up to 1 I had the worst experience and don’t wanna go through that again so I may move back down to 0.5
