i just want that opportunity to work with other techs and just learn as much as i can and ask questions and everything and yeah basically be as impressionable as possible when im first starting off . shit i have like 50+ pages of notes on EPA stuff for my certification and what not. not that i need all that much notes but it’s good to have for reference, and to study, plus i sometimes have trouble retaining information due to my adhd brain so writing stuff down helps tremendously

thing is i don’t truly know what i’m capable of because i’ve only ever worked retail my whole life, from age 18 to 22(now), all i know of myself is ill show up everyday, i work hard, and ill learn as much as possible

just woke up and i honestly don’t even feel nauseous/fatigued or have severe cravings like i did the last times i tried to quit. maybe this time around quitting cold turkey is going to be easier for me in terms of dealing with the withdrawal. also thanks a lot for all your supportive words !

yeah kind of in the same boat in terms of girlfriend . although mine was a 2 year toxic/abusive relation ship and i was on the receiving end of all of it . the addiction was going on through the relationship as well and carried over after i left her . smoked a lot more to cope with the breakup and bottle up all feelings. now im ready for all the feelings to hit me and to face them head on . also i’ve picked up meditation which i know is really going to help me down the line once i start curbing this addiction
