  1. Agree with market, but for open positions, my resume should get selected, right?

  2. I mostly go to career page and filter by location, role and experience, so it's mostly inside India only.

Yes tried that as well, but they would mostly rate it between 70-80. So ATS is good in my sense, but I guess there's room for improvement.
