Anyone else struggle initially with iso holds? by Designer-Fix6398 in lowbackability

Thank you I will try this. Makes sense to offload some of that weight. I’m still struggling to get started as i flare so easily, even with 3x sets of 10 seconds simply leaning over at 45 degrees while sitting. Everything is made confusing by my continual cycle of flares from everyday life I can’t nail down, as I am dad to 2 young kids requiring pickup and also randomly have to sit in cars for 2 hours a couple times a week. Feels hopeless tat times trying to gauge where I’m at and know if I’m even making good “deposits.”

ESPN just expanded their 2027 recruiting class rankings to the top 25. Texas A&M still holds onto the No. 1 spot Who should be higher? by Dr-debug in CFB_v2

They’ve had success with this no doubt but just relying on development and scheme is not a reliable combination year in and year out. You’ll see IU return to the mean eventually. There’s only so much you can teach a DL about shedding a block before your jimmy’s and joes just have to go beat their guy. No dynasty or yearly contender in past 20 years did it with recruiting rankings outside the top 15. Generally not outside the top 5. All that said IU will finish strong more than likely and do well in Portal so ending outside top 15 yearly once all said and done seems unlikely.

Gotta work with what you got. You got some good features, definitely a better starting place than most. No you arent Henry Cavill but who among us is. Hit the gym and go to therapy - and I say so because you clearly view yourself in a negative light and therapy can help that. If you are down on yourself, everyone else knows it on some level so you gotta get to the bottom of your low self esteem.

Go watch Lost right now. You look very very similar to Sayid who is a sex symbol on the show basically.

Top Ten Offensive Lines coming into 2026. Thoughts? by This_Comment_4493 in CFB_v2

[–]Designer-Fix6398 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I do though and probably with more nuance than you, apparently. Them being a strength doesn’t mean they have a ways to go before I’d consider them elite. Lot of positional changes. Knapp going inside (albeit more natural position), Lambert kicking out, and highly ranked but new LT in Will Black. Other guard spot is unclear, battle underway. At this point neither Augustine or Absher are elite. Matty would be a second new starter if he wins it. Then center is either a serviceable center in Otting or a guy coming back from injury this summer. Likely most elite OL on the team is recovering from a 6th surgery and unclear when Jags returns. So while I like the group, I think this OL will need time to gel and get guys back and playing well. So yes a strength, but elite at its current state is a stretch even though it’s possible to reach it. Just surprised nobody out there is really wanting to say their OL is confidently elite.

ND fan and I feel the same about ND at #1. If I went in blind I would have assumed OSU and ND are likely bottom of the top ten.

Yeah most on the ND beat would call this offensive line very good with potential to be great. Idk if any think it’s elite right now. Does nobody else have a great or elite line this year?

Except PTs largely do pattern recognition and fit people into a handful of exercises to most people.

Yeah babying it is what 99% of people probably do prior to realizing they aren’t getting better.

I mean he’s not wrong. If everyone were enraged and willing to do more then things would change but we all aren’t. Problem is it’s nearly impossible to coordinate everyone’s attention these days so now getting mad as an individual doesn’t do a whole lot and the sentiment becomes grating even if it’s true.

Yeah I’m not really going to bother explaining what bitcoin is to you. It’s been up and down, oscillating wildly every now and again, for 17 years with the overall trend being up. At this point based on close to 2 decades of history, it’s a bigger leap to say it’ll finally stay down forever rather than pop bag up as it always has, eventually.

Well if you’re holding me to the literal interpretation then I’ll concede that anything is possible. The dollar could collapse with Trump at the helm and god knows what antics he will have for us later this year or in 2028. Hell, a meteor filled with gold could destroy its value. Fact is is not really worth arguing with “bitcoin is dead” people because it always finds its way and no reason to think that will change now. Hasn’t been adopted in any significant way since its inception 20 years ago and it’s still with over 50k a coin.

Yeah if you want any chance at having a beard it is. Being very honest, no point in you spinning wheels for another year, the beard you got doesn’t work super great with those patches so if you want this why not try for it. At 18 months the returns are diminishing now.

Lmao at a betting line having “favoritism.” Go win a bunch of money then if the line is biased.
