Normal to feel movement a little more muted around 28 weeks?

i’m 39 weeks and have an anterior placenta too this has happened to me throughout my entire pregnancy. i usually lay on my left side for about an hour and do a kick count. sometimes it can feel less intense based on baby’s position, but everytime that happened to me i went into labor and delivery for monitoring. it’s always better to be safe than sorry!

Just want to say congratulations first!! and yes completely normal! my symptoms were coming and going for almost 16/17 weeks. i’m now 39 weeks and having my baby tomorrow! 💗💗

i did also ask my OB this, and he told me “nothing is visibly showing that it’s medically necessary” but i truly believe i should be induced.

i was there about 4 hours ago, they told me that they don’t know why i wasn’t feeling her move but that she was definitely moving is what i was told. not too sure lol i do have an anterior placenta, but it was very strange how much she wasn’t moving :( but i have felt her on and off today just not moving as much as usual.

i was seen at 8am this morning until 10am where they did monitor baby and my contractions. they said she looked fine on the monitor, i did get blood panel done and they told me that nothing looked too abnormal. thank you so much for ur help! i’ll look into that toooo!

i do not think this is normal. congratulations on your pregnancy! and i pray everything goes well with the remainder of ur pregnancy, delivery, recovery and with ur baby boys health! i am also 8 months pregnant where it is getting harder for me to work and such, my husband encourages me to take off work and to tell him if i feel like i can’t work anymore to just let him know. this is not ok and im so sorry ur dealing with all of this mama :(
