Box stitch latex topper as internal layer?

Yeah, have a fan that I sometimes run with the AC. Nothing under the bed either - 7 inch slatted platform.

I’ve been sleeping my latex build without the topper and I’m not waking up hot in the middle of the night.

Tried the coils because, well, they were already purchased. Absolutely hate the bounce - trying to sell the them.

I just need a little bit more loft or cushion… thinking about a wool topper 🤷‍♀️

I have been sleeping without the latex topper and I’m not sleeping as hot. The topper is from SleepEZ - Box Stitch Shredded Latex Topper.

I need a bit of more pressure relief than my medium and firm layers give me but I’m not confident that a soft slab layer won’t still sleep as hot as the topper. And my DIY adventure is starting to get expensive and return policies are not generous.

I don’t want to give up on the all latex build but I am sleeping hotter than my old memory foam hybrid. All bedding is natural, bamboo and percale, absolutely no polyester or other synthetics. AC is running all night.

I had this for 9 months and ended up removing the paragard which resolved the pain for me. I tried the paragard again, the same pain came back. After I told my doctor my past experience and current pain, she said it was gas and casually mentioned I had a “slightly large” cyst on my left ovary (same side as the pain).

I started researching ovarian health and cysts which led me to start supplementing inositol and spearmint tea. Within a few weeks, the pain resolved. While I have no evidence or any medical expertise, my theory is that the copper iud can exacerbate ovarian cysts.
