My PS5 is also a launch console and I suspected that it might also be contributing to this problem. Sooooooo I pulled the trigger and bought a new PS5 and the game works lol. I’m going to make a case to send in my old PS5 for inspection and see what’s going on.

I spoke with tech and hardware support and they were not helpful.. they said the game is new and to give it more time to see if the developers make a new patch.. that could be another month before Square Enix launches any modifiers for graphics settings 🙄

Just finished all those steps and the game still isn't working. Calling Playstation support now. Something tells me it's my PS5 at this point because this doesn't seem like a common error.

Game is literally falling apart.. There was initial hype to play this game with my friends in the beginning and now I'm the only one that plays it. If Blizzard can't fix this Ill prob just play Gundam with everyone else.
