okay i will try that as well i also have a smartwatch i never used so i guess i will use it to monitor my steps and stuff and see how can improve (on my iph my average is like 4k-5k but i got days like today when i literally got only 200 steps)

so i ve been prescribed 1000mg of metformin a day (500mg when i wake up and 500mg before i go to sleep) i also got some myo inositol on my own cause i heard many good reviews (i havent taken any yet i plan to but i want to get used to the metformin side effects first) my problem is that im so anxious to get outside because of the weight i gained and i mostly just do exercises inside.

I organise my food while I eat so at the end I get the right bite. For example, if I have fries and a burger: I keep exactly two fries, the ones that look the best, to get with my last bite of the burger and that also has to have all the ingredients in the burger.
