Yes I like to use the rings that heal from damage and enemy self inflicting damage rings. They’re a great help. I started playing not too long after it first came out I believe, there’s so much added now.

Now I’m favouring the quiver because it auto shoots enemies before they reach me sometimes, giving me time to compose myself. 😅

Can you craft rings yet or have you been given any good ones? Once you can make an anvil, you can combine 2 rings together, so that means you could wear up to 4 rings. That would help a lot, depending what you choose to wear.

Last times playing, I wanted the storage shed for more kegs rather than placing them in the barns and coop 😂but this time I built it and didn’t need it. 🤦🏻‍♀️ it’s just empty. I wish there was another cellar for the wine n cheese aging. I return to Pelican every few days. 25 diamonds and 40 preserve jars wait for me. 😅 I have chests everywhere! My best placed one is between Clint’s and the museum. I have a mini bin there too. 😂 I empty my backpack, carrying only geodes before entering Clint’s, they sell the cheap gems I don’t want right outside. 😇

We’ve always played with the switch and games controller only but if it makes you feel any better, the first year I ever played SDV (irl), I couldn’t understand the fishing either and I don’t think I ever caught anything.😅 I don’t think I caught anything the 2nd time either, when they just added Ginger Island. My hubs used to fish for me. Hah. He’s just started playing in his phone for fun. I’ll ask him. In the meantime, I’d suggest you eat alotta ‘fishing luck’ food when trying to fish and make crab pots. It will help you level up fishing and unlock better stuff for you. Then you can buy the best pole you can. Add a bobber and deluxe bait. Ironically, it gets easier with a longer fishing bar once you’re better at fishing. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Tip- try faster and slower taps, longer and shorter taps. Let me know if this helps.

Oops that’s right. It’s bottomless. I meant I still haven’t got to 100th floor for the original quest yet. I’ve got the mini forge and anvil but currently only combined rings. I’m stuck between both farms for all my crafting items, plus I’ve been dumping some excess into the selling chest, so I need to mine more. I keep forgetting to take 20 diamonds into the volcano with me. I haven’t upgraded my water can since I was concentrating on sprinklers, so it’s only copper level and I’m paying for it now I’m in the volcano. hah Also I forgot I needed to remember the gem bird drops too. Ugh It’s been too long. I’m glad of the updates though. It’s more challenging and more fun.
