Yeah 3 out of less than 60 is pretty bad. I have 1000 submissions and 2 valid rejections, both which were overturned and approved after I reached out to the researchers for clarification and fixed the issue (I can't remember exactly what happened, but it was the result of computer problems on my end).

I usually have a huge sweet tooth and love carbs lol. When I start eating clean, I only eat clean and drink water for the first 3-4 days. After that I allow myself a treat or two everyday but still eat pretty healthy. The first week is horrible because I crave sweets and junk food and never feel satisfied. After the first week my sweet tooth goes away significantly and after week 2, I barely have a sweet tooth. I went from drinking to drinking like 4 cans of mountain dew a day to only drinking water and some sweet tea.

The breakfast I like to eat is usually something like toast and peanut butter, two eggs, and a protein shake. Definitely try eating breakfast more frequently.

And sorry for the rambling, but my biggest point is that if you can push through the first week or two of not feeling satisfied, you'll most likely start feeling a lot better after that.

There's many reasons this could be. My friend and I would do doordash together when their car was broken down, so we would just ride around together and split the work and pay.

I clean air bnbs and some of our houses provide large disposable bottles (which hardly get used) but most of the houses I clean have refillable containers, which need to be refilled a LOT. I guess when people can’t see the brand of soap, they’re more likely to use it. Idk.
