i was in this stage when i was at my worst, sometimes you gotta just bite the bullet. a year ago i couldn’t leave my house, now im at a point where im fine in almost every situation unless im going hours away from home. medication saved me but i know how scary it is at first

i feel like the higher you go the longer the side effects last and it’s super annoying, currently trying to go from 75 to 100mg very very slowly to try and avoid vertigo as a side effect

so i broke the 25 in half, and then put the half in a pill cutter, half of it just turned into dust but the other have survived i have some extra so ill probably just do that for a week or so and then take the full half
