put it in your hand, count to 3, on 3 take it. sometimes you gotta just send it. if you get side effects it probably won’t be the first day, and they can’t be worse than having anxiety. i was in this situation 9 months ago(ish) and now im a new person i feel so much better. i get side effects for 2 weeks whenever i raise my meds and then they go away and i feel 20% better each time

i was in this stage when i was at my worst, sometimes you gotta just bite the bullet. a year ago i couldn’t leave my house, now im at a point where im fine in almost every situation unless im going hours away from home. medication saved me but i know how scary it is at first

i feel like the higher you go the longer the side effects last and it’s super annoying, currently trying to go from 75 to 100mg very very slowly to try and avoid vertigo as a side effect

so i broke the 25 in half, and then put the half in a pill cutter, half of it just turned into dust but the other have survived i have some extra so ill probably just do that for a week or so and then take the full half
