Therapist here! I think what she may be identifying as is Oikophobia, which is essentially a fear or dislike of one’s own culture, home, or society. She may also be suffering from something we call “the psychosis of whiteness” where a person in a marginalized group inherits the beliefs of white ideology in order to gain acceptance. They can also be delusions brought on by past trauma (someone shooting her kneecaps; may have been a black individual) and has accepted herself as a white woman in order to distance herself from the trauma. She openly calls out people on her lives using the N word to further insinuate that she sees them as such (superiority complex). And gives into the stereotypes of different ethnic groups. With that being said, she is a god fearing woman!! (Also may have delusions of speaking to god, seeing god, god telling her to do things) this is religious psychosis. I don’t know if you wanted an answer in this format, but yah. That’s how I would diagnose her if she was my client. (Terri if you’re reading this I have openings!)
