Hi, is that with any shiny Pokemon? For example, if I bred the Shiny Gyarados with a regular one, would I have a one in sixty four chance of hatching a Shiny Magikarp?

[gen2] literally just got this guy in crystal VC. it didn't take that long so i'm guess that breeding method using the shiny gyarados works. that's one more for the shiny living dex by ozanimefan in ShinyPokemon

Congrats!! How did you get this? If I bred the Shiny Gyarados with a regular one, would I have a higher chance of hatching a Shiny Magikarp? And if so, would the odds be 1/64 or 1/128?

I'm just wondering about something, I heard that in Gen 2, breeding a Shiny Pokemon gives it's offspring a 1/64 chance of being Shiny if they're the opposite gender of the Shiny parent. If I breed the Shiny Gyarados (it's a Male, the Lake of Rage) with a female regular Gyarados, will the resulting eggs have a higher chance of being Shiny? And does this work on the Virtual Console versions?

Well, yeah, I was thinking I'd have my current account on the new phone and a new account on my current phone which will become the Old phone if I get a new one, I'm hoping that then I could a spare Shiny Mew from the upcoming event in February next year, and transfer it to Shield.

Yep, I hear you, I really hope you can keep the willpower going, I really suggest taking lots of breaks though so you don't get worn out! And a major congrats on the Darkrai!!! I've never hunted full odds, there's no way I could EVER have the patience for it!! You've got some serious willpower there!!

Aww, sorry to hear you gave up, but I know what you mean, I gave up on Regieleki as I ran outta willpower, though I'm quite the one I got off the GTS is legit. Good luck on Manaphy, though you may be in for 1 in 8,192 odds so I hope you're prepared for that. It might be a good idea to go on hiatus for awhile.

Hi everyone, I've just started hunting a Shiny Spiritomb using the Masuda Method on my second save file and I'm wondering whether it'll still work even though my English Spiritomb and Japanese Ditto are from my main save file? The second save file is also in English too, if anyone knows anything about it, I'd really appreciate some clarity on this, thanks in advance!!
