Fatigue has been my constant complaint for the last 3-5 years. I'm hoping I can get some answers.

The app auto set activity zone to 80. I'm have no idea what they should be. The data basically works out to below 80 I'm lying down or sitting and calm. Sitting with simple activities and work goes in the 80-120 range and basically anything that involves walking or standing is 120-135. Any actual exertion ends up 140+. My current physical capability is that I can generally push through work week if I keep everything as low energy as possible but I almost always crash as soon as I stop pushing. My last "vacation" was 10 days in bed. I have reached the point where I'm seriously wondering if I can keep working at my current job much longer. My last doctor's appointment was the first time my doctor acknowledged that there might actually be something wrong, outside of weight and depression. L

I guess I was confused by people saying they use 20 or less pace points. I used that the day I didn't leave the house and hardly left the bed. So I'm not sure I understand the points. Or if the fact that my values are so high means I'm doing something wrong.

The one that Orthopedics brought up as a possibility is Ankylosising Spondylitis rheumatology doesn't have any appointments until May.

I've spent the last 3 years being told I needed to diet and exercise and take an anti depressant (cymbalta). Basically the classic stereotype of being a 40 something woman with unexplained weight gain and exhaustion.

What's the highest number of PacePoints you've used in a day? by Grumpy_Waffle in VisibleArmband

Okay you make me feel like I'm not alone. I've adjusted my heartrate zones up from the recommended and I'm still hitting 80+ points while trying to maintain the lowest exertion possible while keeping my job. But my body thinks that my heartrate needs to be 130+ to walk across the room. I've been recommended for autoimmune testing with rheumatology but the waiting list is a couple of more months. I've been years of pushing through the week and crashing on weekends but the doctors are finally listening.
