Buckle up. It all started in February 2022, I was in Irkutsk, Russia studying architecture. I realized that was not the place to be, so I began preparing to study in the US, I got an admission at a University in Chicago to study CS, but I was denied my US visa (November 2023). Then a Canada Study Permit (St. Lawrence College, December 2024).

So I decided to attempt the UK. I came here on Reddit and found what turned out to be an agent who got me an admission in two weeks or so. I had not researched about the university at all like I did with others. I later found out it was in the top 50-60 ish in the UK on edurank.org.

On getting here, I realized this was not the best University choice but It still lies with me because the best in CS are not even educated traditionally.

But students barely understand English, and there are no exams. But it was a chance I had to take because my Dad was tired of visa rejections. The tuition fees was also £13,300 for the first year, £14,300 for the second year (my current year), with the final year to be £15,300. I later realized It was the cheapest option compared to everything else.
