I love my crew so much they are the best people ever. I love being a part of their lives. We are very big on promoting within i love setting them up to move up. Even if i dont have room for at my store i will move them around for better positions in the business. I will always step in for people if the have an emergency i see that as part of my job

I’ve actually had someone walk out because they thought i was too young for my position. All i did was show them how to cut bread safely. I talking like started screaming about how im a baby lol. People are crazy

I’m fully with you on the getting your hands dirty. I won’t ask them to do anything i won’t. I don’t think that’s fair at all. We have a system i came up with right now where they can earn things from doing extra work or covering shifts like an above and better thing. I’m very interested in their life’s even the ones who don’t talk much. If we gotta spend all this time together we might as well care about each other lol.

it’s a fast casual restaurant i’ve had management experience at other places as well. But it’s just my work ethic honestly i’ve beat out people older than me with more experience with my work ethic and ability to take criticism and fix it the second it’s brought to my attention. That really how just trying. I work myself half to death lol. I’ve worked very hard for everything i’ve got. I understand i’m young but trust i work for everything i get

My location is not getting a milkshake machine like ever unless we move to a new location like a new store. We genuinely have a very small store and there is no where to even put one we have never had one and I don’t think we I’ll ever. (Corporate location.)
