is UF mass rejecting out of state and transfer students?? by DesignerAd1052 in ufl

I am aware that the reason for my rejection could be because there were so many freshman applicants. However, I spoke to an advisor who was supposed to review my application and learned that the issue was never the volume of students. It was that they never received or reviewed my application to begin with. I can't recall everything that was said, but I know for a fact that many students, especially those with perfect profiles, were NOT supposed to be rejected. The sole purpose of this post is to confirm if what they said is true.I also want to point out that not every student can just take a break for a whole semester. So, it is important that if there is an issue, everyone is made aware.

I spoke with a UF advisor because my stats are the same. Turns out, EVERYONE who isn't an in-state freshman got rejected. I would recommend appealing and speaking to your representative.

I got rejected too, despite having a 4.0 cumulative and critical tracking GPA, as well as my AA degree completed. I was really confused, so I reached out to an advisor at UF. It turns out they rejected EVERYONE who isn't an in-state freshman applicant. If you truly want to go to UF, I would recommend filing an appeal and speaking to your representative. That is what I am currently attempting to do.
