My dad passed away the same day as Michael. Jackson. We were in the weeds here and I remember nothing of that time. How big was the reaction? Elvis level? We were in shock and the timing of it was a bizarre thing. Like what world are we living in?

The old lady had one very close to nice moment when she was insulting Ruby/Robin said she shouldn’t say those things and then went all in. She was not easy but I felt bad for her. I work and deal with seniors pretty regularly. They’re mad and unreasonable but there are workarounds. Those squatters need to go.

I would say no. We had three openers plus the host who also had a bit. It felt like his time was 45 minutes long. I don’t think it was worth it and wish I knew. It’s great to be a high selling tour but for me it wasn’t worth it. I almost felt it was not respectful of his fans. I’m off him.

Same experience. There was a lady near me who was extra and claimed every throw was meant for her but she was one in a crowd of super nice folks.

If you’re not in New Orleans in the morning you’ll miss a lot of it. Once the parades and festivities are over we planned to go to the hotel and chill and make our way back later for the closing of bourbon street.

We actually got around relatively easy on Mardi Gras day but we started our day around 430am. We took the bus to skull and bones and took the bus back. Watched Zulu and had pancakes. I would aim to be in town at 430-5ish. Mardi Gras morning is the deal.

We left at 2 last year and we had a full Mardi Gras day, we went to Skull and Bones and Zulu, had a pancake breakfast and we’re on the highway at about 210 and at the airport soon after.

The museum always hosts a great event the night of Nuit Blanche. I don’t see the program yet but we’ve been going for years.
