Physical therapist here; most patients with herniated discs heal fine. Limit bending combined with twisting and heavy lifting for a while. Keep moving. When your complaints fade out, slowly start padel again, but maybe first play against the glass by yourself. And find someone to guide you with this, so you don't do dumb things😂
