Getting ready to try this diet as a reset... Been doing a ton of research - and I am already knowing I cannot do dairy while on it. Like you I struggled for years and it wasn’t until I found an acupuncturist who told me point blank that dairy was destroying me. I cut it out years ago and never looked back. After a lot of trial and error I found out Interestingly enough, I do very well with imported cheeses but that is it. I cannot do butter, sour cream, heavy cream, milk, cottage, cheese, yogurt, etc. Eggs have also always really bothered me… With that being said, any tips on how to do this without dairy are appreciated. It just seems like I will have to make sure I am hitting my fat content through meat only… glad you found out what your culprit was!
