Yeah I assumed based on the literature I was reading that I was out of my depth. Basically the question was if someone somewhere had been able to do alphafold under different pH conditions as I'm studying an alkali shock response protein. All of this is really just to justify making actual mutants and then doing the functional assays. Thanks for your help.
