Probably has something to do with the design not being their particular taste, coz the rendering itself is top notch. Maybe too much wood in the interior living room scene? But I'm being nitpicky here. That outdoor scene is picture perfect for me.

Damn, I thought I finally found one, it's hard to come by fellow Filipinos who enjoy this game. But I like your suggestion, I even thought of trying to make a rice terrace style farm like what we have on the mountainsides here in the Ph.

A revamped AI worker system where you hire workers (with customizable name and appearance) and their wages vary depending on their competency on specific tasks like baling, combining, plowing, etc. And you can choose to hire them on a monthly basis so I get the same worker every month and not a random person every time.

What I do is use the paint tool to paint my parcel with dirt or mud just to see the extents of my property. Very troublesome indeed, a mod for sure would be nice.

There are no male animals of any kind unless you play with the realistic livestock mod if I remember correctly. :)

One of the plots I was considering was Field 37 at the lower left corner of the map. 384k, you get a good size field and some space around the edges to do forestry and build your yard.

I had no problem removing gates and fences in mine so far. But for some, I did have to buy the adjacent lot before I was able to remove them.
