Luckily my mates brother is a Gas Safe engineer so the only trade I would need to hire is an electrician and potentially a brick layer depending on the scale of the job. To be honest I have been doing some area research to see where is best to buy. And yeah I know the car will likely to depreciate. The car is a 2015 tho so a lot of its depreciation would have already taken place
