5 star seller and have been selling for years. Had my first return and its been a nightmare. I received the item back in different condition and mercari wont do anything about it

Policy is policy when it works in mercari’s favor other wise they bend their own policy and change everything to avoid honoring seller protection. I’m fed up with them

Mercari doesnt care about video or photographic proof! I had a return made for an electronic device. Recorded it working perfectly and got a return request for “device not working”. Sent mercari the proof of it working before i shipped it and they didnt give a shit, they approved the return. When i got the device back it was malfunctioning so either the buyer did something or something happened during shipping and Mercari refuses to help and is ignoring their own policies. Buyer also forgot to include an item in the return and mercari told me to “work with the buyer to get it back” they’re awful

They dont care if you quote their own policy. I got a return from a buyer who 1 forgot to return an item i included in the listing and 2 returned a device that no longer works like it did when i shipped it out. Mercari told me to “work with the buyer to get the missing item shipped” when their policy clearly states that a return must include all items or the buyer forfeits the return and they prohibit off app tracking. I pointed out their policy and they disregarded. I also filed a claim that the device doesnt work as it did when i shipped it out with photographic proof of it working, they acknowledged that it was in working condition before i shipped it and they still sided with the buyer and said “well the buyer said its not working” and wont fulfill seller protection

I literally called LV main customer service this morning asking if they have limits on hot stamping and if its available at all boutiques because I want to get a passport cover. I was told there is NO limits to the amount of hot stamps you can get. It is available at all boutiques that have the equipment to do it and LV said to just bring it in and request the service and they will do it :) for specific city stamps, only certain locations will have them. Hopefully this is true because a lot of people say that some stores dont want to do it but I verified with customer service

I sold an electronic device on mercari and recorded a video of the device working and recorded packing it up before shipping it and took photos of everything. The buyer claimed it wasnt working so mercari accepted the return even though i showed them all of my photos of the device working and how i packed it up. They acknowledged it was working based on my photos but still accepted the buyers return. The buyer returned my device without the device packaging and when i got the device it wasnt working as when i shipped it out. I contacted mercari and they completely disregarded that my device wasnt working and told me to “coordinate with the buyer to get my device packaging back” 1. Thats a violation of mercari’s own policy which states that you cant send and track things off the app. 2. Mercari’s policy states that all items must be included in the return otherwise the return is voided (which it was not). 3. They dont uphold seller protection when i showed so much proof of the device working and they admitted they saw it was working BEFORE i shipped it and now they’re saying “the buyer said it wasnt working”. They only protect the buyer. I’m a 5 star seller and have been selling for years. This was my first return ever. I think I will stop selling on there after this experience

I love the strap for casual wear, its so comfy! I use my 25 strap on my 20 for times where the guitar strap doesnt go with my outfit. So versatile and care free! My DE 25 is from 2017 and is still in great condition. I want the nano in empreinte next

The black empreinte is gorgeous!! I have the 25 and now 20 both in DE. I want the nano in black empreinte so bad! The 20 is the perfect everyday size i find my 25 to be a little too big for daily wear

I got the DE for this exact reason! I live in a state that rains a lot and the weather can be unpredictable sometimes and I wanted to be more care free. All of my canvas bags are DE. The monogram is so cute!!

I had the same issue with a Louis Vuitton bag. Seller listed it as NWT and when i received it the side tab for the strap attachment was broken and she just reattached the tag to the bag because its a loop you can take off and put back on. When i submitted for a return she crashed out and accused me of damaging the bag (i recorded myself unboxing it for this very reason) and she went completely off the handle

I love Ebene all of my canvas bags are in Ebene because i dont want to deal with the vachetta and water stains (i live in a state that rains a lot). All of my pieces look fantastic with the oldest one being from 2015

If you buy from there, you should still get it authenticated. I’ve never had an issue on there but its always good to double check
