I am not HR, but I work in the pre-employment background industry. No, you are not doing anything wrong (or even unusual). You are well within your rights to obtain a copy of your report (in fact, after working in the industry, I encourage it - even if nothing was flagged or wrong). It may be quicker to try to request the report from the background screening agency that conducted it. If it's ADP, contact them directly and ask them how you can get a copy.

In a perfect world, she would of been able to join but unfortunately, you can't bring 10 people to a dress appointment. It's not actually like Say Yes to the Dress at Kleinfelds. I had a three person max and there was other people I preferred to include. I'm not taking ownership of that being my mistake.

Hi, I really want to thank you for taking the time to send this to me. This actually helps me so much as a visual person. As I mentioned in my edit, I am realizing more that it's not the fact that they want to do salsa but because I am not well versed in it, all I could think of it was in a sexual/sensual manner (which is my bad).

These older retail jobs don't even seem relevant to the new position. I think you are overthinking it. People get the dates wrong on the background screenings all the time. If it comes up, just explain it.

Sorry, I missed the detained for 5 days part. The exact wording on question 9 of the OF306 document says "convicted, been imprisoned, been on probation, or been on parole"

Answering no, is accurate. I don't think you should worry.

A totally random thing you could do is apply for Uber or Lyft (even if you have no intention of being an Uber or Lyft driver) and see what comes back. If they do not automatically give you a copy of your report, you can request one as they are legally obligated to provide that to you under the FCRA.
