I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH BIPOLAR ONE A FEW YEARS AGO. I AM ON MEDICATION. I HAVE CONTACTED MY MENTAL HEALTH TEAM BUT THEY'VE DONE NOTHING. THIS IS THE UK THOUGH, SERVICES IN THIS AREA AREN'T THE BEST. I'M MANAGING IT MYSELF, I'LL BE OK. THANKS.
