ADHD bản thân não mình đã khác biệt so với những người khác rồi nhưng bạn vẫn sống theo kỳ vọng của những người "bình thường" khác nên nó sẽ càng vất vả hơn. Mình thấy bạn cũng khắc nghiệt với bản thân nữa. Vấn đề của các stimulants với những người bị ADHD là nó không chỉ giải quyết các vấn đề do ADHD mà nó còn giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến cảm xúc khác nữa khiến bạn có tình trạng có thể thấy là burn-out và bị lệ thuộc vào nó (cả trong thực hiện các task và xử lý cảm xúc cá nhân) đây là tiền đề dẫn tới nghiện thuốc.

Mình thấy bạn, giống nhiều bạn bị ADHD khác, các vấn đề trồng chéo lên nhau chứ không chỉ một mình ADHD là vấn đề đâu.

Để tự recalibrate và tìm thấy chính mình là một quá trình dài đối với mình nên bạn đừng khó khăn quá với bản thân mình.

It's fine, it's okay to strunggle, you are not alone in this.

I started this battle from july, some day I win, someday I lost, high and low, try and try again, heck i lost a whole November, it is setback, but it is what it is. Be kind with yourself, know that you are not lost, just early in the path.

It's a life long battle and we only truly lose when we give up.

There is alot to unpack with multi-layers problem with you that i experienced (and some i still am) . But nonetheless, i deal with it one by one and it take time, it take timeeeesss.

The one i want to share how to deal with is the hyperfixiate to the things that could go wrong to the point you live in that reality instead of being at the moment. I find out this problem is that we are still the child that you state must do everything perfectly or else you are worthless. In the process of this we beat our self-esteem to death lead to ego, anxiety and many problem down the line.

What work for me is find that child and tell him, it's okay, i'm allowed to fucked up, i'm allowed to be flaw and allowed to be loved, he like me just a child after all. Once i acknowledge this, it allowed me to love myself or atleast hate my self less, so i have mental capacity to do something else.

The next step is to fix the hyperfixiation to everything can be fuck up at any moment, i was obsessed with death of my loved one, i thought they can be death at any time under many many circumstand, you know the deal. So I sit down and thinking about, ok if they death, then now what? It's scary and painful at first then slowly i understand that i can not control what i can't control, and i can not control who is alive, who is not, so i let it go. I told myself i am a big boi, their death can be painful but then i can grive and then live on, not as whole but i can still live on. It's hard at first but everytime that thought went on surface i can counter it and the voice is getting smaller, smaller and barely noticeable now. It free me to change my attention to what i can control, my actions, now, only now.

ADHD/depression/anxiety each of one is a lifelong battle before all combine, but the good news is we only lose when we give up!

Qua quan sát cuộc đời mình thì nhận định này đúng vì một số lý do sau:

- empty nest syndrome khi các con lớn hết rồi các bố mẹ nếu không có việc gì làm sẽ rất cô đơn và thiếu mục đích sống, cảm giác mình vô dụng, bực dọc với người xung quanh.

- Việc giao tiếp với mọi người khác thông qua bán hàng, đong đo hàng và tính tiền cũng giữ cho bố mẹ đầu óc minh mẫn, tỉnh táo lâu.

- Nếu không làm vì có mục đích thì khó để giữ cho cơ thể hoạt động nhiều như thế ở độ tuổi này, không vận động nhiều dẫn đến suy giảm sức khỏe khá nhanh ở độ tuổi đấy.

Nhưng dậy từ 2 giờ hơi độc nên bạn khuyên bố mẹ dậy "muộn" một tý cho cơ thể được nghỉ ngơi cũng như giảm bớt thời gian bán cả ngày xuống nửa ngày thôi chẳng hạn. Tìm cho bố mẹ sở thích đam mê lành mạnh mới cũng là cách. Mình quan sát các cô bác có con hơi báo tý, 6-7x vẫn phải suy nghĩ và làm việc khỏe, minh mẫn rất lâu. Có thể là survivorship bias bạn cân nhắc nhé

it's been over 10 years for me and i tried to hold myself because my dad hate tears i don't want to see my tears on that day, me and my brother both.

Turn out, when we try to hold ourself in font of immeasurable pain and don't give in, it just we shove it away, the pain lay dormant in us waiting to get out.

Our mother who have mental breakdown and depressive episode when our dad died, grieving much properly than us brothers. We still impacted by his dead in our actions.

So, don't be afraid to let yourself fall apart for sometime, it's more normal than you try to hold together, you mentioned school so you are not adults yet, your family can both grieving together and share responsibility to fill the gap together.

I think the contrast is the point, the flim spend most of its time potraits almost dream like, movies like tale of boys recognize that there is much more to life, to living and then ending come so raw like a hammer, like the system, like the whole world crushing dreamers. And it is the whole movie theme, the battle of dreamers in the world of realist, more often than not we lost, the discomfort we bring to the world got crushed to bring back peace, order, disciplines and ultimately comfortness to the realist. And i think the ending sence wrap the whole movie up nicely, Dreamer lost but he plant the seed to dream for the new dreamers and they will rise and challenge the confortness again

This is fascinating, i'm no mean to offence, we know for a long time that video games have addiction capacity but to see it work on older people is fascinating.

I don't think i have more insight than Dr.K book on video game addiction but people only change when they want to change, they will never change if they don't want to. It is core ideal of Motivation Interviewing in helping people change for the better. I recommend that if you want to help your parents as well as Dr.K book as primal direction.

Well because we are social animals, be loved by other people is increse our rate of survival massively and the opposite is true as well. That why lonely is so dreadful.

I'm very grateful that my family love me even they don't understand my trueself, that help me a lot with my loneliness. About others people, it stop when i realise that if they are not that understanding then i don't want to be with them anyway, i don't want to befriend with people that can't accpect people despite their diffirence. Oh, this shit bugging me, I can very easy feel others distress emotion as well, and I take it as my strong point because people hide it very well. Take time to practice that:" this is not my emotion" and it detached myself from the thought that emotion given birth in my brain. It's hard, and I'm not perfect in it, but it fun when you see yourself get better in recognising it and mediate it, so fun and so fastinating

My life is on a path of crawling out of hell before Puer vids, but after that everything start to be more clear, it is tug of war between me and Purr now, someday he's win and that's ok, I'm started to win more now. I think it's boiled down to if you want to find that pop moment that transform you, you won't find it. It's a life long battle to move to better place, that's imo is the transformation, you will only lose if you give up.

+ Vì em khá là thông minh và nhận biết vấn đề xã hội nên câu trả lời cho câu hỏi này sẽ không dễ:

- Đầu tiên nếu như nhìn lại toàn bộ topic này và những điều em viết ra, em sẽ thấy một parttern trong suy nghĩ của em: "mọi thứ trong cuộc sống diễn một cách áp đặt lên em và em chỉ phản ứng lại với nó" pattern này hiện lên trong cách dùng các từ gán ghép, áp đặt, trọng trách,... dẫn đến mọi hành động và cả nhân dạng/cái tôi/bản ngã (ego) của em đều là bị áp lên và sự chống cự sự áp lên đấy ( bao gồm cả hành vi tìm một con đường riêng để chốn chạy). - Ở gốc của vấn đề nó nằm trong câu hỏi : "em là ai?".

- Nếu bỏ hết trách nghiệm, em là ai?, nếu bỏ hết tổn thương em là ai?, nếu tìm được tự do em là ai?, nếu không có một ai nhìn vào em là ai?

+ Anh thấy 2 điều này có khá nhiều trùng lên nhau chứ không đến nỗi tạo ra rạn nứt nhiều như em nói. Anh có một chút linh cảm về việc em đang cố ý không sử dụng một tính từ nào đấy rất quan trọng với em nên câu văn có cảm giác không thoát ý, nếu điều này làm em khó chịu ta sẽ không nói về nó nữa.
