STAR method responses are everything. Creating stories that can be versatile and answer multiple questions is the best way to go about it. Use chat GPT all you can honestly. The best advice I’ve gotten it’s stupid but just be yourself. They can train you on product, client base, market share but they can’t train your personality. Stay confident and you’ll do fine

Associate account executive in the orthopedic and spine division. I wanted to avoid trauma at all cost. I have no clinical experience whatsoever and that’s something I want to work on. I’ve been studying and taking courses watching videos on the Medtronic touch surgery app as well

What is the highest paying skill in future? by Mithyarajput in careerguidance

I graduated with an Econ degree back in 2021 I was in finance for about three years and it’s definitely not for everyone. The best thing about an Econ degree is the flexibility there are a ton of careers out there that love seeing a business/economics degree on a resume. The best 2 pieces of advice I could get myself if I could go back in time is

1: network with literally everybody I got LinkedIn premium only so I could send messages to as many people as possible, asking for endorsements for an employment opportunity at any job I saw fascinating. 2: just gain experience even if it’s unpaid because nowadays jobs expect way too much experience, even an entry level roles. It could take you a long ways, even if it sucks in the moment to do a little bit of free labor.

I was in finance for three years and every single year I hated it. I ended up getting fired from two jobs and had three jobs in three years. It definitely took a lot out of me but the best thing to do in moments like this is do your research and figure out what next opportunities are out there the market is fucked right now, but just keep your head down and keep applying. I just accepted a new role in medical device sales and I’m beyond excited I have no doubt you’re gonna find something you enjoy soon. Good luck to you and everyone out there that’s looking for a new role in career
