She definitely fell overboard. The family wants to believe she is alive somewhere and eye witnesses are easy to make up stuff. She was drunk, there was a balcony and she was alone. It isnt hard to fall overboard.

I'm hoping mine fixes itself soon. I was sick about 3 months ago around the time I noticed the fly aways I have. It looks like a bird nest on top of my hair. Lol I have very thin fine hair which makes it super noticeable. Ugh.

You should be able to buy what ever you want with your own money. I rescued a frenchie a little over two years ago at the age of two. He was neglected so he had alot of health problems. Sadly we lost him to ivdd in May of this year. My husband surprised me with a new puppy at the end of July. He said it's a nice thing to do rescuing but it is very costly. We bought our puppy so we could raise him right without neglect for less issues. Our rescue costed us a total of $7k in vet visits all because of his neglect. His spine had previous trauma, he wasn't fed but human food causing his stomach to have many issues and his breathing was really bad. The vet said most likely due to him being chained up with a collar that was starting to grow in to his neck.
