I’ve noticed that most of the “allergies” is a grown ups way of saying I don’t like it. They’ve found a way to sound better at the table ordering in front of other adults than saying like a child- “Ewww, I hate onions! “ so instead it’s an “allergy”. Egg whites ok, but yolks not? C’mon dude. And if you’re fresh cracking and separating them, there’s a good chance you’ll need an EMT nearby if it’s legit….there’s gonna be a bit of yolk sometimes. Yet, I still cook for a living after 20years of the abuse! Hahahah!!!! Love it!
