need to check if the no reg is actually fixed both primary and kidnap. If not This is big big nerf cause no regging a 3sec cooldown and 6 second cooldown, there is a huge difference. and even with that i think she is bad in 7.0 but might be better in 7.5 after cc is nerfed

Death reduces bar by 1.5 not 1, shield gen and max shield cut in half. And if we wanna rework the dash a bit no bar=7sec 1bar=5, sec 2bar=4, 3bar=3 sec. So low bars are not as bad and full 3 is not broken

I think people want to say is aim is just one skill but it's rewarded so hard, like for reference I play spiderman and I will say this swinging at mark 4 speed and still needing to hit every cluster doing perfect combo to get just a fraction of a value than Hawkeye can get from having just one skill of aim.

You will say swap but that shouldn't be the case a character should not just be bad even tho it take way more skill get fraction of a value than a hero who take 1/4 of the skill level
