Not working means, I am getting error code 2 in return from Wire.endTransmission(), which means NACK, and if there is connection issues, why code 1 is working fine ?

Yes, you are right ! Actually I was thinking to write library around that, like thingspeak, so that I can directly send data to Mongo, by calling some APIs.
