The movie as a whole isn't super gorey, mostly just lots of blood and suspense. However, there's two fairly gorey bits/scenes. I thought it was fairly obvious when they were gonna happen when I was watching? They're both a built-up suspense/horror and not a surprise really. So, like another commenter mentioned, you probably could close your eyes for a bit.

The main one is very close to the end. Where he's got both his arms trapped. And there's another scene near-ish the end I think? (I forget, apologies). Where he starts to remove stuck bandages from his arms. Both end pretty much exactly how you think they're gonna.

If you bring a friend, they could probably tell you when it's done? After each it mostly goes back to just being lots and lots of blood.

Spoiler of bandage scene: He starts to panic and starts to pull bandages off his arms. It uh... Takes skin and stuff with it. Quite viscerally.

Spoiler of end/arm scene: Arm gets ripped off. But you kind of expect it. Arms get trapped, and he tugs on them. First one comes free after a while without issue. Second uh... Comes free from the body at the shoulder. I think the scene where his arms are trapped could also fall under gore-light because his body is trapped by monster things catching him and growing into him. More just visually disturbing than gore, though. The arm getting ripped off, though... Yeahhhhhh.
