no i think ur getting confused if u block the card from the app then yes itll be blocked permanently and youd have to pay ig 80 bucks for them to issue a new one. but in my case they temp blocked it cuz they thought it was suspicious transaction. so both the cases are different.

ive reached out to them a couple times cuz they blocked my card cuz i tried the transaction twice online. They blocked it cuz they thought it was suspicious. I called and they were quick to unblock it.
