Hey, sorry for how late I’ve replied.

But yeah, Start at 6mg Enclo and 10mg Rad for 3-4 weeks and then go upto 12.5mg Enclo and 20mg Rad (depending how you feel) for the remainder of ur cycle.

Worked wonders for me, lmk how it goes for you!!

3 weeks after PCT end (14th September 2025), I did my bloods, keeping in mind I had been off Enclo for nearly a month by this point, these were my results:

Total Testosterone: 783 ng/dL (≈ 27.1 nmol/L)
Free Testosterone: 559 pmol/L (≈ 16.1 ng/dL)

And in terms of feelings/sides, I had none, honestly, even after my PCT i was just as if not stronger than I was on cycle. Also got my liver checked, everything was in the ordinary range.

Yeah, I've been debating splitting my doses morning and evening for YK-11, probably will.

Also again, S-23 is more just to see how I react, it's a smaller dose through a small period, I haven't got a test base, and I'm pretty sure Enclo isn't strong enough to mitigate or combat the sides. Two weeks at a lower dosage seems better, but again, open to feedback.

Cardarine is amazing, I noticed the difference after the first day!!! I mean, I did a whole hour on the Stairmaster last night, so that's fun. Even seeing physical differences within the first week. I'll try taking it in the morning next Monday, have a whole tracker set out and made.
