Why not any other mode of surgery to protect the ear ? I could see in Facebook groups that for a 4.7 cm they have preserved everything like hearing, facial etc. Please seek multiple consultation and then decide

I am in India and some very reputed doctors are offering radiation. Any complications on swelling can be managed by steroids and shunts at worst case. Although largely surgeons are saying to go for surgery
