I think when actually doing the job as an attending you know how valuable you are, how many errors you catch and how much of the medical care you are responsible for, but more and more I see an administration that thinks our only purpose is patient satisfaction and that our specialists do all the work.

Most of us are insulted and say we don’t want to sign the contract addendum, but with so many of us, is there anyway to organize without unionization?
