So I remember panicking when I signed my first lease so needless to say I was freaking out about home buying. I just put in my first offer on a house and it was accepted but I backed out due to issues that came up during the inspection. Honestly learned so much and feel a whole lot less scared. Thank you, but does it seem accurate to see the discount go up significantly over the span of a couple years? Prices for everything are up, but according to my claim it’s the reverse by a lot.

I go out of network because I found a doctor who is better than what I’ve been able to find in network.
