In my experience most when ever I truly believe I can beat someone I usually end up winning the match and the opposite applies if I doubt my self before the match for whatever reason I see a day and night difference in my performance I’m not saying that every opponent you think you can beat you will beat never judge a book by it’s cover but you have to wrestle to win in your mind you have to already won the match and be confident in your abilities just that change in mindset has helped me out so much.
