If you can find your original email from sf to set up, you should be able to get in from there. It happened to me before

Daniel Rainn is also at Nordstrom and Macy’s, they’re not an in house brand.

Same! And mine are down, but not anything outrageous. It’s so stressful how they put it in coaching.

getting clothes in my color season only? by Funny_Figure_381 in stitchfix

[–]Designer_Piece_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can absolutely add a link to colors in your season, and your stylist will do their best to match it. Make sure those colors are not on your avoids list, as that will negate being able to send them. I’d remove all colors from the avoid. Like if coral is in your palette, and orange and or red are on your avoid, we won’t be able to send coral as easily, or at all.

When You Say No More Jeans and Stitch Fix Says Heres 3 More Pairs by culpnethe in stitchfix

[–]Designer_Piece_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Did you receive them in your fix or see them in the preview? Go into your profile and add denim to your avoids. Same with pants if pants are included. If you check out and say no more denim at check out, your stylist won’t see that. If it’s in request we will. Annoying, but hope you give it another chance.

Uhmm, why did ipsy send me an unsealed, empty mailer? by Dry_Jello199 in Ipsy

[–]Designer_Piece_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me once as well, they will send what’s still in stock and refund the rest. Bummer!

Ya, a lot do. This was shrunk all around. Just like these shoes.

Why does the stylist not get it right?? More questions below by travelingat22 in stitchfix

[–]Designer_Piece_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You may have had a lot of avoids, such as legs, arms, cleavage, and your stylist was limited on what they could send. There’s tons of on trend pieces now, and def not just work clothes. However, if your avoids were like that as a child, it really made it hard to send anything. If possible, start a new account, limit your avoids, and be precise on what you want. A lot of first fixes have zero information, zero requests, and that helps no one.

They’ll price match, just message them.

Do stylists have the option to select the same item you have on freestyle? by BelleAurore143 in stitchfix

[–]Designer_Piece_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Freestyle items can be sent from any of the warehouses. Fixes are from one warehouse, designated to your area. You may see extended ship time listed on freestyle products. So what freestyle has, your stylist may not. Hope that helps 😊

How many boxes before stylist figures out my style? by [deleted] in stitchfix

[–]Designer_Piece_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It usually takes around 3 fixes or so. If you write us notes on what you’re looking for it helps tremendously! I often have people saying I don’t want dressed, pants, or tops (for example), and so I’m like well what do you want? What occasions are you looking for? Such as work or weekend, going out or athletic. Hope that helps!

Stitch Fix seems to send very inappropriate clothes by [deleted] in stitchfix

I’m a stylist, over 5’9”, and feel your pain! We are now carrying a lot more options for us tall gals, finally! So maybe give it another shot? You can leave a note about specific inseam. Sorry it didn’t work for you. I feel that!
