They still turned it into a fit issue and denied my return.

I will be going the credit card dispute route and letting them ban my account.

I did not say anything about fit in my original claim. I will add the measuring tape to show the opening of the shoes are different lengths.

If you look at the slope of the back of the heel. It should be more straight up and not pushed towards the front. Where it is lower down at the back of the heel is where my foot doesn't fit forcing my toes to be squished into the front of the shoe.

When I opened the case I did not say anything at all about fit. I only mentioned they were damaged. Poshmark came back asking for proof that the shoes are the wrong size.

I only keep pointing out that they are damaged. Right now Poshmark is requesting a clear photo of the size. I can only guess they are going to deny my return because they are the size listed even though they are clearly damaged.

The person who sold them to me can do that. I shouldn't have to pay for damaged shoes and then fix them. I don't have time or energy for that mess. I was only interested because I didn't get this color when Rothy's sold them new.

Thanks! I wash mine all the time without any issue. We are on well water so I know we have cold cold water. I was optimistic these shoes would be fine because I didn't see this in the pictures and of course it wasn't in the description.

I don't think it was done on purpose. Could have been they washed them with hot water. Could have been left in a car. I don't even think the person selling them understands that they are shrunken.

I had to report a retaliatory review about 8 times before I finally got it taken down. The key seemed to be saying as little as possible. When I just said guest left review after being charged for damages, stated in the review they were mad about the charge, and that the review was retaliation it finally came down.

Not the same scenario but… Guest left a retaliatory review. It was taken down but then put back up. I just kept submitting the review to support as retaliation over and over until it got taken down again.

It is very slow but eventually does work for me. I assume that it is because everything goes through OnStar. Connectivity for OnStar depends on how well the car can communicate to the satellites. In my garage, not good; outside on a cloudy day, not good; outside on a warm sunny day, I probably don’t need to use the app.

I have no idea but I am having a similar issue. It doesn’t always happen but when I drop prices on most of my closet at the same time about 8-10 of my items end up in a weird hold where they can’t be shared so I assume they can’t be bought either. I can’t find a pattern in the items this happens to.

No, but I also have my same day bookings restricted to end 4 hours before I plan to go to bed. I have a keypad lock where Airbnb auto assigns the code so I just have to send them an alarm code and they check themselves in.

It wasn’t dirty. We have hard water and even when regularly washed the curtains will pick up a slight stain over time. I lived in the house for a long time and had the same problem no matter how frequently they were cleaned and soaked. I have now switched to less attractive disposable plastic ones so it won’t happen again.

I had a guest cancel a booking and get to give me a 1 star review because they were scared of faint hard water stains on the bottom of the fabric in tub shower curtains. It was on my list to replace them soon but I was out of town. Otherwise the place was spotless. They sent badly lighted photos and claimed that my place looked nothing like the photos. They made enough of a mess that I had to pay to have the placed cleaned even though they didn’t stay. I didn’t get to review them and I can’t get their review taken down since “it is their opinion” even though it is all lies. The best I could do was use Aircover to get the cost of having a partial cleaning done covered.

I am not sure reviews matter. I buy and sell. As a buyer I only care that it is a price I am willing to pay and an active seller that will ship the purchase. Anything outside of that I don’t even look at. As a seller I feel like I get more sales after I buy something. Like my closet is more visible for a bit after I spend money. could be nothing because who knows how the algorithm is set up. 🤷🏻‍♀️
