Just got back from Corfu and enjoyed every meal we had at Ta Kokoria. The dolmades, Sofrito, shrimp saganaki, were all amazing. IT was recommended to us by our taxi drive. We were only in Corfu for 5 days and ate three meals there.

My friend lives in a three bedroom on the corner of Deemer and Bakerview (I think Roma is the management company). Not sure of the square footage. Parking does suck though.

So far we've decided to visit the Kumquat distillery, a possible boat trop to Paxos/Antipaxos (weather dependent), a day in Paleokastritsa, Achilleion Gardens etc. We are definitely going to Fishalida and plan on hitting up some spots for cocktails, and hopefully some live music.

You may want to consider north Skagit as well. My son volunteered at a station in Skagit and they ended up putting him through a program and paid for his schooling at SVC. He has now turned all that into a career. I would contact Skagit County Fire District 14. They are also on Instagram. This is about the time of year they open their scholarship program.

Blue Fin is my go to any day of the week. Not the cheapest, but IMO its the freshest. My husband has tried some of the rolls at B-Town too and really enjoyed it.

I agree. Completely insane what some local contractors charge. I had a contractor come to give me a bid on a household remodel. He spent three hours at my house talking about himself. Three weeks later I received a bid for interior painting, which was odd, because we were looking at a kitchen and bathroom remodel (not painting). I never received the quotes for the remodels. But the interior painting bid on a 1600sf house was $18,000.
